Payments are processed securely in U.S. Dollars via Stripe.

Fulfillment of Services

At Connective Studios, we aim to deliver high-quality marketing services tailored to your business objectives. Once payment is successfully processed, our team will begin preparing to execute your project in line with your specific service agreement.

Our fulfillment process includes:

  • Regular communication regarding project milestones.
  • Detailed project updates to ensure transparency throughout the engagement.
  • Delivering all work as agreed within a predetermined timeline.

For services like SEO, PPC, and campaigns requiring ongoing management, fulfillment involves regular reporting and adjustments based on performance analytics.

Fullfillment relies on client-provided access to accounts, platforms, and materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary information can impact project timelines.


Refund Policy

We understand that situations can change. Connective Studios offers the following refund terms:

1. Full Refund

  • A full refund will be issued if the work has not yet commenced after payment.

2. Partial Refund

  • If the work has begun but has not been completed, you may request a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on the scope of work already performed. Refund decisions are made at Connective Studios’ discretion.

3. No Guaranteed Refunds

  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once significant project milestones have been reached.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your account.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may opt to cancel services for any reason. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations Before Work Begins

  • No fees will apply if cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of services.

2. Cancellations After Work Begins

  • If cancellation takes place after work has started, you will be charged a fee based on the portion of the project completed to date.

3. Cancellation by Connective Studios

  • We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of our control. If this occurs, a pro-rata refund will be issued to compensate for any uncompleted work.

4. Written Notice Required

  • All cancellations must be made via written notice. Clients may email paul@connectivestudios.com to submit their cancellation request.

Please note that once a project is canceled, Connective Studios will cease all work related to the canceled services immediately.
